Montague Gardens One of Cape Town's most modern, sought after, and well-planned industrial areas. Situated 10 minutes from Cape Town harbour and airport and easily accessible from most areas of the Peninsula through the road and rail network. It is also in close proximity to the N1 and N7 National roads and the M5.

Montague Gardens is the gateway to the rapid urban and economic growth of the West Coast region.
